Hi everyone,
In between day trips to Gibraltar we've been enjoying Alcaidesa Marina and the town of La Linea de la Concepcion. La Linea's a nice town with most facilities a cruiser could want, including several supermarkets and a large fresh food market.

Alcaidesa Marina is large and popular with cruisers. It has good facilities and it's cheap. For us it costs about 17 Euros/night. Some big boats come here - there's what looks like a J-Class (1930s America's Cup) superyacht in at present.

La Linea's old town is partly traffic-free. These paved lanes are filled with small shops, cafes and bars. Some of the lanes are shaded by colourful fabrics, umbrellas etc.

With the help of the Tiggers (see previous post) we visited the large Carrefour supermarket That was our biggest provisioning effort since the UK because we had a car to pile everything into. Thanks Tiggers!
We've also been working on the to-do list aboard Zen Again. Most importantly we've serviced the engine and given the hull a good scrub. Zen Again is ready for some wind to take her eastward. Looks like that'll arrive mid-week. Bring it on!
