This was one our Schengen Shuffle trips.

We flew to Glasgow, spent a few days near Glasgow with family, then a few days in Stirling and finishing with one day in Edinburgh.

We trained from Glasgow to Stirling. Stirling lies at the foot of the highlands. Lots of granite and an impressive castle. The castle has an interesting museum.

We visited the Church of the Holy Rude. Very impressive.
Back in town it was time to warm up.

We also trained from Stirling to Edinburgh. It was great to see the city again.

We visited St Giles Cathedral. Spectacular roof!
And of course the castle, but just the parade ground this time.
Another pint & dram was called for!
